Cancellation of a connectivity request shall be permitted for the following reasons only –
- If Location/ Address of the subscriber is out of network coverage of Ranks ITT and/or a subscriber relocates his address to a new location where Ranks ITT’s network coverage is not available.
- If a subscriber remains inactive due to non-payment for two consecutive months. In such case, the connection will be cancelled and the subscriber shall be legally responsible to return the ONU and other devices/accessories provided by Ranks ITT for the connectivity.
- Technical or any other effects/ incidences beyond the jurisdiction of RITT at the subscriber’s connectivity location which makes connectivity not feasible.
- If a subscriber decides to cancel the connection, the subscriber must inform Ranks ITT about such desire formally in written form via email or letter to info@ranksitt.net
Ranks ITT shall provide the service /connectivity to the subscriber within 03 working day from the date of order confirmation and submission of necessary personal documents. However, in case of any delay, Ranks ITT would notify to the subscriber and reschedule the delivery timelines.
