If the subscriber has paid for his/her monthly subscription charge against the serviced connectivity and later the connectivity is cancelled for any of the reasons highlighted under “cancellation policy”, refund of any payment may be executed with the following considerations:
- Refund shall be made within 10 working days after service cancellation.
- Bank or Payment Gateway charge against the last payment made shall be deducted based on the terms and conditions of the relevant Bank or Payment Gateway.
- Once installation is done, installation fee will be deducted from refund amount.
- Provided the subscriber has successfully returned the functional ONU and other accessories utilized for the connectivity.
